New Delhi, October 29, 2025 – In a thrilling league encounter of the YSCL National League 2025 held at the Yamuna Sports Complex, Lords of Punjab chased down the target set by Royal Haryana with 7 wickets in hand, reaffirming their strong form in the tournament.
Electing to bowl first, Lords of Punjab successfully restricted Royal Haryana to a modest total in their allotted 20 overs. Royal Haryana found some resistance through Ranveer Vijendra Singh, who top-scored with a quickfire 45 runs off 27 balls, including three sixes, showcasing aggressive intent despite the pressure.
In response, Lords of Punjab’s batting lineup was decisive and composed. Hanumant Rao led the charge with 49 runs off 48 balls, anchoring the chase with excellent timing and composure, while Anurag Soni contributed a valuable 45 runs to keep the scoreboard ticking. Their partnership and chase execution ensured Lords of Punjab reached the target comfortably with plenty of overs to spare.
With this victory, Lords of Punjab continued their competitive campaign in the league stage, showcasing balanced performances with both bat and ball.
